Fitness Post: Leg Day Edition
Hey fitness viewers… Emily here, I have created a little example of a leg work out that I would do on my own (off season). Before performing this workout, please know that there are always easier and harder versions of exercises. Do your research before you hit the gym and know your skill/ability level.
Before you go on, I would like to share a couple terms/exercise points;
· When you see two exercises paired together, it is known as a superset. For example this workout supersets; “Walking BW Lunges” and “Glute Bridges”.
· BW = Body Weight, you may also perform these exercises weighted.
· Always stretch before and after working out to keep your muscles healthy.
· Make sure you know the exercise and the proper body form, before you preform them. If you don’t, do some research or ask a fellow gym goer.
· Hydrate throughout of the duration of your session.
