Hey viewers, Emily here... I wanted to share with y'all a super yummy smoothie.  I am always looking to find new recipes, and I picked this one up from a past teammate last spring.  This is a health based smoothie, but it will have you questioning if there are even veggies in it.  It's sweet, refreshing and the perfect snack for your day.  I make this smoothie in a magic bullet, but a blender will work just as perfectly.

Below are approximately the ingredients you will need;

·      2 Celery Stalks
·      1/3rdcup Baby Kale
·      1 Green Apple
·      ½ cup Honey Vanilla Greek yogurt
·      1 tsp. Agave Nectar (sweetener)
·      Almond Milk (about a cup)
·      Handful of Ice
For preparation directions, you will chop the celery and apple into chunks and place in your blender.  Add the rest of the ingredients (baby kale, yogurt, agave, milk and ice), blend and pulse until you reach a drinkable consistency... and enjoy!
